Overview

Delos Dispute Resolution is an organization that provides dispute resolution services to companies across the globe. They have a membership program that allows their members to access their services and exclusive content. The membership program also includes a directory of arbitrators. Delos came to our team with the challenge of creating a seamless match between their Paid Memberships Pro membership interface and custom functionality. They also wanted advanced member directory search and filter functionality and privacy controls for members to keep certain information private. Additionally, they required a MOOC using LearnDash.

Challenge

Delos’ challenge was to create a seamless and integrated experience between their existing Paid Memberships Pro membership interface and their custom functionality while keeping their design philosophy intact. They wanted advanced search and filter functionality for their directory of arbitrators that would enable members to search by any field, including custom fields. The directory also needed a free-text search and advanced privacy options for users who didn’t want certain fields to be public.

Moreover, Delos required an advanced custom functionality for the edit profile feature, allowing users to add private data, which could be made public or kept private. Finally, the MOOC using LearnDash had to meet the design philosophy and functionality requirements.

Solution

Our team worked diligently to create a custom solution that would meet Delos’ unique requirements. We focused on developing an advanced member directory search and filter functionality that could handle the association’s custom arbitrator profile. Our solution allowed users to search by any field, including custom fields and a free-text search option. We also incorporated advanced privacy options to ensure that users could keep certain information private. The advanced custom functionality for the edit profile feature allowed users to add private data, which could be made public or kept private.

We further enhanced the website by launching a MOOC using LearnDash. This allowed Delos to create and sell online courses to their members, further enhancing their value proposition. Our team ensured that the MOOC met the design philosophy and functionality requirements.

Result

The result of our work was a seamless integration of custom functionality into Delos’ existing Paid Memberships Pro membership interface. Our solution met Delos’ design philosophy and functionality requirements, enabling advanced search and filter functionality that allowed members to find arbitrators based on any field, including custom fields, and advanced privacy options that allowed users to keep certain information private.

The advanced custom functionality for the edit profile feature allowed users to add private data, which could be made public or kept private.
